Welcome to Sariska Safari. If you use services provided by this website, it means that you will agree with all our terms and conditions.

Sariska Safari Booking Policy

  1. To confirm your booking, you must pay the full fee for the safari booking in advance.
  2. The booking is non-transferable and cannot be replaced with any other.
  3. No refunds or cancellations are allowed on confirmed bookings.
  4. In case of any modification in the fee after booking or incomplete occupancy, you will be responsible to pay the difference at the time of entry into the park. ( NOTE :- Generally during safari there are 6 tourists + 1 Nature Guide + 1 vehicle Driver in a gypsy, but sometimes if the number of 6 tourists is not complete in a shared booking then extra fee may have to be deposited at the ticket counter. (Although most of the time the number of 6 tourists is easily completed.In case of any revision of fees after the booking or incomplete occupancy visitors will be liable to pay the difference at the time of entry into the park.)🐾 Example :- If 4 more tourists join for 4 seats apart from your 2 seats then you do not have to pay any extra fee, 🐾 but if only 2/3 tourists are available for 4 seats then the fee for the remaining seats will be divided equally among all the available tourists. (This arrangement is done by the forest department whose fee is deposited at the ticket counter only.)🐾The same situation can arise in booking shared seats in the Canter. )
  5. You must bring the same identity card which you had submitted during booking.
  6. We will not be responsible for any inconvenience after riding in the safari. (Punctured tyre, misbehavior by guide or driver, driver not completing the duration of the safari, etc.).
  7. We are a private tour operator; we provide hassle-free and time-saving safari booking services.
  8. For confirmed bookings of Jeep/Gypsy and Canter Safari, we charge a service fee in addition to the official Safari ticket. Depending on the availability of seats in the Safari vehicle, our service fee can range from ₹50 to ₹200 per Indian tourist. (For Foreigner Tourist ₹200 to ₹800 per tourist)
  9. Visitors can also get information about the price of the safari as well as compare it with others.
  10. Sariska Safari can also be booked from the Forest Department ticket window but mostly the vehicles for Sariska Safari are booked in advance.
  11. Making a reservation means that you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
  12. No safari will be cancelled/refunded under any circumstances, and no request for refund/re-redemption of the safari will be accepted.
  13. The park may be closed by the Field Director of Sariska Tiger Reserve without giving any reason to the visitors.
  14. In case of any changes in applicable Fees & Tax Rates, the difference amount shall be collected at the time of Boarding/ entry of the park
  15. In case the passengers are less than the capacity of the vehicle then the difference of vehicle rent and guide fee applicable uniformly per person will be charged extra.
  16. The Id proof of visitor produced at the time of collecting boarding pass should be the Id used while booking online permit, failing which, the permit will be deemed fake and liable to be cancelled. The visitors must carry original I’d/ digi locker I’d during visit.
  17. The charges deposited during online booking include tourist entry fee, tiger reserve development fund, vehicle entry fee, vehicle rent, guide fees and online booking charges and applicable taxes.
  18. The visitor must bring two copies of confirmation slip at the time of collecting boarding pass. One copy will be deposited in the office and the other copy will be carried by the visitor.
  19. Seats remaining vacant due to non-turn up of any visitors would be filled by the park management at the booking window.
  20. The time to receive the boarding pass will start one hours before the park entry time.
