Birds Of Sariska

Bird watching

Birds are found everywhere, no matter where you live. You can observe birds and identify them near your home, in a park, or in a wilderness area. You can do it alone or in a group. All you need is a field guide or identification manual, mobile application (like eBird, Merlin, etc.), a pair of binoculars if possible, and a lot of “patience”. Once you have equipped yourselves with these, you are ready for the greatest recreation of your life. Bird watching is like a lifetime ticket to Nature’s theatre,  full of life, colours, and songs.

Sariska is located on “Aravalli”, one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world, features a diversity of vegetation, includes dry deciduous forests, valleys, streams, open meadows and wetlands, supporting around 280 Avifaunal species.
